We were sealed in the Salt Lake temple.
Lynn is by far the greatest blessing in my life. He’s an exceptional husband and I know it. Kate told me the other day she wants a husband like Dad. I told her it took me a lot of years to train him. :) I also told her a big part of having a really great husband is being a really great wife. I am madly in love with this guy.
I love surprises—little ones and big ones. Lynn said he had a surprise planned for our anniversary and took the day off work. I thought that was the surprise and was excited we could just hang out and go have lunch together somewhere.
Instead he got a sitter and we drove to Salt Lake and ate dinner at PF Changs. (He asked me choose between Carvers, PF Changs and Macaroni Grill.) Then we went to the Gateway and he cut me loose in my favorite little jewelry boutique, Brighton. Brave man!
I chose some new earrings and a matching necklace. Love them! It was a great evening, simple and relaxing. The lights at the Gateway are beautiful.
