Papertrey June Blog Hop Challenge

Once a month, Papertrey Ink holds a blog hop for all of their customers.  It's an amazing event with hundreds of gorgeous entries.  Even if you don't participate, you should go take a look.

For this month, they gave us an inspiration photo:

I was immediately drawn to the stripes so I punched a rainbow of colored squares.  But the photo was also very feminine, so I simply added a small flower on each square using Versamark Dazzle Frost.  It's a very clean and simple card but still has impact!

I have many other Papertrey cards on my blog.  Just click on "By: Papertrey Ink" under Labels down the left column.

  • Stamps: Papertrey Think Big Favorites 3 and small flower from With Sympathy
  • Ink: Black and Versamark Dazzle Frost
  • Cardstock: (from top to bottom) Papertrey Spring Moss, Hawaiian Shores, Plum Pudding, Lavender Moon, Lemon Tart, Orange Zest, Raspberry Fizz
  • Accessories: misc gingham ribbon
